This book is good in providing information, good logic and raises some more very important questions about humans. This book is more like a Philosophy book rather than a Self-Development in my opinion, but nonetheless I enjoyed it.

A bit of psychology, philosophy, sociology and technology. Couldn't have read this at a better time. Manson and the great (almost exclusively white male) thinkers whose ideas he expounds on asks - when there is utter despair, what keeps us going? The answer he argues is hope. Throughout the book he makes the case for the betterment of humanity, our ability to adapt, learn and grow. Recommended for reading during a global pandemic.
