Just like the amount of time Jupiter has loved Marnie, I feel like I’ve been counting down to this book for fourteen years, three months, and thirteen days. And wow, what a home run The Third Baseman was! It was even better than I had expected, and based on previous Lulu Moore books, those expectations were high!

I liked Jupiter. I liked Marnie.
I spent the whole book wondering if this was the way hockey fans feel reading hockey romance. As a certified baseball gal the way some things were explained and how road trips were explained nearly broke my brain.
If I didn’t like this authors writing so much I’d have put it down for the baseball references alone.

I get it’s fiction but 1) a nasa science in a made up position is the caveat hire for a bankrupt team? No. 2) you can’t have a fake team in ny and still mention the Yankees and the Mets I can’t do it!!!!! 3) Freddie freeman mentioned?????? No????
