I binged this so quickly

This story was everything I needed in a second chance/sport’s romance. I absolutely loved the characters, and side characters. Wonderful book!

I fucking hated this book wish I had DNF the guy is a Cunt he does not deserve the girl he doesn’t apologise he tries to playing her. He gaslight her. The reason he breaks out is such a lame excuse. Can’t believe he’s making out that he loves her and he can’t imagine living without her, but he did it for 14 years and slept with hundreds of other girls yeah that’s true loving it babe not. I like the character I don’t like that. She was so easily went back to sleep with him and even when they kind of got back together even though she wasn’t letting him her his girlfriend she kept wanting to talk about why they broke up and he kept brushing it off and it be that stupid for a reason I hate it. I hate it the conversation where she got asked on the date and she was letting him know because obviously she doesn’t owe him anything was when they were dating the flashbacks but worse in present day he just came off as such a entitled arrogant asshole this is me. I want to say fucking just keep talking and have more for rant by absolutely fucking hate this book. This is not a romance like it’s just a toxic guy gaslighting a poor girl and he put thought shit if I was her and this happened to me I would’ve got out of my work contract since my ex-boyfriend was harassing me and if I had to get a restraining order against him.

The Third Baseman by Lulu Moore is the first book in the New York Lions series, featuring an engaging second chance romance for Jupiter and Marnie. Jupiter harshly dumped Marnie as soon as he was drafted 14 years ago, crushing her heart. She became a literal rocket scientist working for NASA, who gets talked into working for a professional baseball team for a ton of money. Um, what?
