Italian review:

Ho un mix di sentimenti non so che cosa scrivere. Mi è piaciuto TANTISSIMO eppure non riesco a dargli 5 stelle. Alcuni plot twists sono stati un po’ piatti e non mi hanno dato il brivido che i plot twists del libro precedente invece avevano fatto. Ma l’ho comunque amato. La trama mi ha preso molto ed è stato bello ritrovare i personaggi di Ninth House, mi erano mancati tutti.

ALEX STERN MIA REGINA!! Leigh Bardugo sa come scrivere personaggi complessi e Alex Stern si porta sulle spalle il peso di questa serie.

I've many mixed feelings I don't know what to write. I liked it A LOT but I can't bring myself to give it 5 stars. Some plot twists felt flat and they didn't give me the chills the previous book's plot twists had given me. But I still loved it. The plot captivated me a lot and it was amazing to see again the characters of Ninth House, I had missed them all.

ALEX STERN MY QUEEN!! Leigh Bardugo knows how to write complex characters and Alex Stern holds this series on her shoulders.

i have made the mistake of starting an unfinished trilogy and now i have to wait for book 3 and i’m kicking and screaming because i want it now.

this was better than book 1 in my opinion. still pretty slow burn at the beginning but there was a bit more action this time round and the ending was so fast-paced that i couldn’t get enough.

i have come to love the world and characters that have been created and this book just built on an already good foundation to make something even better.

just to reiterate that i am begging on my knees for book 3 to be out soon.
