Fun and original

The heroine in this trilogy is sweet and clumsy and learning to use her voice. Basically a 180 degree switch from the heroine in the preceding trilogy. I love an author who can write a variety of personality types, and don't repeat the same heroine in every book.

I highly recommend reading these trilogies in order, though, so if you can only enjoy "likeable" heroines ... this might not be the author for you.

CW: violence and sex (M/F) in the trilogy; I'm reading all of these in a glom so can't remember what is specifically in any one book

So I keep forgetting that Penny is suppose to be 24 years old…feels like she is 16. Also her friend Ronnie is 24 as well, still living at home and walks around the neighborhood correcting grammar on signs yeah physically 24 mentally 16. Only interesting part of this book is Reagan…and come off the vampire hating..

A quick read with an HEA/cliffhanger I didn't expect. Best to start at the beginning of this series to understand what's going on. Will definitely keep reading the series to see how it ends

OMG this book is just fantabulous. KF is just a brilliant writer who puts her heart and soul in to every story. She is my favourite author and has such talent that I am in awe of her. This story has to be one of my favourites from her. The story flows effortlessly and I love love love the characters and the worlds that KF creates are just brilliant. Penny is so funny without even trying. If you love magic, witches and a fun story then look no further. If you don't read it you are missing out on something that is magic.
You rock girl!! Don't stop writing.

All the characters were pretty good, and the females all possessed a strength you don't see very often
