I was determined to finish this, but the last 200 pages or so really lost me.

I enjoyed the story, the insight into India, and the characters very much. I did not enjoy the pages upon pages of philosophy.

DID NOT FINISH: 78%

Jesus Christ this man loves the sound of his own voice. What could have been an interesting 400 page story instead was unnecessarily drawn out to 1,000 pages and bored me to tears. My only DNF in over 3 years.

DID NOT FINISH

yazarın adını aratıp ilk çıkan görsele bakın, o görsel neyse kitap da o. sırf yarım bırakmamak için 900 sayfa okuyup zamanımı harcamama kararı aldım. bırakıyorum.

This book was a trip, and one that I’m glad I went on

A fantastic look at life, religion, philosophy and love while reading an engaging story that takes you everywhere you could imagine. The characters aren't perfect, which makes them all the better. And the fact that it is based off of the author's real escape from prison and life in Bombay's slums and mafia makes the book a great read.
