I’m having so much fun rereading this whole series as each audiobook is released! I seriously cannot get over how good they are. The casting is absolutely perfect, embodying each character’s personality so well. From Aiden’s flirty banter to Dani’s badass personality, everything is reflected so incredibly well in the audiobook.
Aiden and Dani’s story is such a fun time, and I highly recommend listening to this book! I love how their story captures their carefree and effortless attitudes. But don’t let that fool you—there’s no lack of emotional connection between them. In the beginning, they’re both so set on remaining single for their own reasons, and you can feel how strongly they believe in that. Even though their thoughts shift by the end, that passion for their beliefs and interests doesn’t go away — it just gets even stronger with having someone by your side. It’s beautiful to witness how they both open up, not just to each other but also individually, learning to trust something outside of what they’ve believed for so long. That level of vulnerability only strengthens their bond.
And let me tell you, there’s no shortage of spice in this story! Honestly, knowing Aiden and Dani’s personalities, could we expect anything less? I was not prepared for how hot Chapter 8 would be in audio format (IYKYK). I was literally blushing through the entire chapter!

OMG!!!! I loved 3 Count on audio SO MUCH that I am already halfway through a relisten of it😍 It’s fun, spicy and easily a new comfort listen for me! It’s SUPER high spice and lower angst but also has so much depth to the characters as well! I love a friends with benefits storyline where he falls first, so add in a phenomenal narration and this audiobook was a knock out for me!!

This audiobook is a phenomenal DUET narration by Alex Kydd and Vanessa Moyen!! These two are always incredible at bringing out all the emotion and feeling of their characters so putting them together in one audiobook was genius!! Their performance took this story to the next level and allows you to really experience these characters while also capturing the heat of that spice!! My all time favorite performance by both of them!!
Alex perfectly captured Aiden’s fun and charming personality with his chuckles and laughs but during emotional moments he used such a warm tone to his voice with added little sighs that gave Aiden even more depth. And those spicy scenes? This man knows how to use his voice to deliver dirty talk in audio!!😮💨
Then there is Vanessa Moyen who I continue to LOVE!! I’ve said it many times before but this woman is an amazing actor as she has such an expressive tone to her voice and perfectly uses different sounds and breaths to elevate her performance! She captured Dani’s sassy yet independent character with her upbeat tone while also bringing out Dani’s vulnerability with a softer delivery during those moments. She truly puts on a performance when she narrates!!
Overall, Alex and Vanessa’s voices blended together flawlessly as a duo and combined with their performances it brought this whole story to life! I also have to mention the incredible production as the duet was perfectly engineered with no pauses or gaps which allowed for such seamless flow of the story!!! This is one that is worth every single credit!!!!

While the spice is scorching hot in this one, I also loved how much depth there was to Dani & Aiden’s characters as well. Both of them have experienced hurt in their past so they try to keep their dynamic fun and playful with no strings attached, but you get to watch their emotional connection develop alongside the friendship and physical aspect as well! It made their relationship feel so genuine as you watched them naturally come together! Also, Aiden’s relationship with his dad just made for the sweetest moments in this book!!!
📖BOOK OVERVIEW- Aiden is an MMA fighter but finishing up his last semester of college. While on campus one day he has a chance meeting with Dani, who is a photojournalist. They have a hot and sexy hook up which then turns into a friends with benefits situation. Aiden has a fear of abandonment but is quickly falling for her while Dani doesn’t due commitment and is making sure it stays casual. This is book 3 of the The Game Series but can easily be read as a standalone!

Nikki has worked her magic yet again, picking the perfect narrators for this story. From Aiden’s very first words, I was hooked.
I loved this spicy story the first time and loved it just as much the second time. However, the time in between had made me forget how much heart Nikki’s able build into a story of friends-with-benefits. I may have been able to handle the spice while I was listening and commuting, but the emotions were another story. Not me crying on the train…
Just when I think Nikki can’t amaze me more, she does all over again!

This series just keeps getting better and better. I really loved books one and two but this has been my favorite of the series so far. And the spice?! It was like every chapter! 🥵🥵🥵 it was so good. But it wasn’t overwhelming. Like the spice had its place with the plot and there was a very good storyline. Dani and Aiden have scorching chemistry from the moment they met. They both agree to be friends with benefits, neither want anything serious. They both have their own hang ups about relationship. Until, inevitably, one of them catches feelings.
This narration…perfection. Alex Kydd…where have you been my whole life? I need more from him. And Vanessa played the perfect Dani. Honestly I loved this duet narration!

I just finished the third book in this incredible MMA romance series, and I have to say, it was such a treat! The pacing of the story was just perfect—neither too fast nor too slow, which made it easy to stay immersed without feeling rushed or dragging.
What I loved most about this book were the reasons the characters gave for wanting to avoid a serious, committed relationship. Both the hero and heroine had such logical and relatable motivations that I found myself fully understanding and even agreeing with their perspectives. The author did an amazing job creating characters who feel grounded and real.
One of the standout aspects of this series, in general, is how the author consistently brings fresh and realistic ideas into each book. This installment was no exception!
The audiobook experience was fantastic. Vanessa’s narration was absolutely spot-on—she portrayed the heroine exactly how I imagined her to sound, capturing her emotions and personality with such precision. Her voice felt like it was made for this role, fitting the character perfectly like a glove.
The chemistry between Alex and Vanessa’s voices made the entire listening experience even more enjoyable. It felt like I was watching a movie rather than listening to a book. They brought the characters to life in such a vivid way that I could picture every scene in my mind.
The most powerful moment for me was definitely the battle scene. The narrators poured so much raw emotion into that moment—it felt genuine and heartfelt, leaving a lasting impression on me.

I ADORED Dani and Aiden! Their story was smoking hot with chemistry just leaping off the page, and don’t even get me started on the audio! This story was seriously sexy and just fun! Dani is the no commitment/wants to go on adventures and have nothing and no one holding her back. Aiden is the fun loving MMA fighter, in school and wants a secure future, but has never had a girlfriend. These to goons start a friends w/ benefits arrangement…yeah cause that always works out lol. They both fight off feelings until they just can’t anymore. Their feelings are tested and they are both having to face past relationships to move forward. Aiden and Dani were sexy and explosive! Their plot was definitely character driven and relationship focused. I’ve loved all 3 stories so far, I would have loved a little more plot wise with their back stories. I’ve also loved how different all of these stories are while still keeping the friend vibes alive! Also this was by far the spiciest so far!
