Read this in almost one sitting. I loved it. I loved Logan and I really liked Ellie... When she wasn't my favorite in the first book. She really came into her own and matured. This was so fun, sweet, a little scary and so nice.

Audio version. Loved this book and this series. This is Ellie, sister to Olivia from the first book in the series and Logan, the bodyguard to the Royals, love story. If you are a fan of a slow burn, witty repartee, and hot sexy bodyguards, then this book is for you. I highly recommend that this series be read in order.

Definitely my favorite book of the series!!! I loved both characters especially Logan. He was a true hard worker and brought himself up from nothing. I loved that it was over a long period of time and Ellie’s character was refreshing!

I loved it. Logan and Ellie are absolutely perfect for each other. They are such a sweet and fun couple. I smiled throughout the whole book, it was just so good.
I really hope there is a spin off about the kids!!

Loved it!! Totally sad we aren't getting more books about royals. Unless...... spin-off series about all the kids? Yes? YES!

P.S.- what is it with Emma Chase and always making me crave more more more stories? I'm still desperately waiting for the legal briefs spin-off series about all the kids I asked for last Christmas.... just saying.

P.P.S. - I claim Logan St. James. Fully and thoroughly. He is mine.

P. P. P. S. - I also claim Nicholas and Henry.

That'll be all. 😁🤗

This was so good! My favorite of the series! Let me start out by saying that I am a sucker for bodyguards/security guards. Add in a fake country and royal family and I’m all in. The sweet, slow burn of this romance sent me straight over the edge.

I love a protective man and Logan St. James is the ultimate. He came from a family of criminals and was determined to make a better life from himself he became a lead guard for the royal family. He is put in charge of Ellie, the younger sister of Princess Olivia (from book 1). Ellie is a spunky spitfire who truly believes in living life to its fullest. She is not shy and shamelessly flirts with Logan from the very beginning. After protecting her and watching over her all the past years, he tries to deny his feelings for her.

Watching Logan try to continually deny his feelings while continuing to fall deeper and deeper for Ellie was so wonderful to watch. As if Logan wasn’t enough for me to totally love this book, my favorite part was that it took place over many years. We got to see first hand at how their relationship progressed over the years. It made it so much easier to connect with them and be their number one fan!

Being able to see all of the other characters continue their lives and watch what happens with them was great! We got to see everyone from the previous books and watch how it affected Ellie and Logan. I couldn’t read about all of them fast enough!

If you want a sweet, slow burn, romance that will have you falling head over heels and wanting to “suck the lemon dry,” this one is for you!

Grateful to have received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.
