The BEST Ann Einerson book of all time!!!

I laughed, I cried, I smiled so hard my cheeks were sore and by the end of this, I too wanted to spend the rest of my life at Silver Saddle Ranch.

This book completely stole my heart. Jensen and Briar are one of the sweetest, most fluffy romances I've ever read and I fell head over boots for them immediately. The way that these two become a safe place for another to land, where they can finally fulfill their dreams and live a quiet, peaceful life filled with fainting goats and a dinosaur-obsessed little boy made my heart so unbelievably full.

Speaking of that little boy.... Ann Einerson said the scene where he speaks for the first time was the most emotional scene she's ever written and it showed. I was an absolute mess and when Jensen found the letter from Amelia... yeah, I was fully sobbing. Even at the end of this book where they get their happily ever after, together as a happy family I was crying because I just love them all so much.

The cast of side characters too were absolutely everything and I can't wait for them all to get books of their own. I'm so glad this was only book one because there's so much time left at this little ranch but I'm already dreading the day we have to leave them 😭💛

Absolutely a six-star read. And one last thing, Ann, thank you for sticking with tradition with placing the title in the last line of the book. It was always my favorite part of the Aspen Grove series and I was so happy to see the tradition continued 💛💛

I loved this book so much. It had the perfect balance of heart, heat, and humor. The beginning of this one broke my heart for little Caleb, but the rest of it healed it like it Caleb. Jensen's life is turned upside down when he learns about a son he never knew existed, but I give him majors props for stepping up. His decision to go to Silver Saddle Ranch to help Caleb heal was the best one for both of them. That's where this book stole my heart. Briar is the catalyst to help the duo heal and bond. Now this book may deliver on all the heart and feels, but also the heat. Briar and Jensen have the chemistry. This book also has such a great sense of humor especially Briar's girl group. Their chats were some of my favorite parts. Then add in some adorable farm animals yeah this book had me from start to finish. It was hard to out this book down. It had one of my favorite tropes single dad/nanny. That is so my jam and add in small town and brother's best friend all I can say is sold. The epilogue was the cherry on top of this book sundae. I can't wait for more from this series!!

If you enjoy Lyla Sage or Elsie Silver, you’ll likely enjoy this! Wrangled Love is a really fun cowboy romance story. Thank you Ann for foraying into this subgenre! And thanks for the ARC.

In this story we meet Jensen and Briar. The two basically grew up together in the small town of Bluebell, but Jensen had since moved away to the big city while Briar stayed behind to work at the farm she grew up at. When an unexpected situation brings Jensen back to Bluebell, the two reconnect and sparks start to fly.

I adored the setting. Drop any story in the middle of a ranch in a small town and I’m hooked already. Add some fun and kindhearted people into that setting and I’m completely sold. I adored these people so much, they could have been doing nothing but take care of the animals and farm chores and I would have been happy to read it. Thankfully though, a lot of excitement does come into play in this story, but never to the point where it stressed you out. Which I very much appreciated.

The side characters were amazing too. The group chat Briar had going with her girlfriends was probably my favorite thing. They had me laughing out loud a few times.

Probably my favorite book by this author so far!

A very sweet, small town romance that was enjoyable for the most part!

If you love small town vibes, this book is for you! It was a good read for the most part but I don’t think there was a huge wow factor for me that made it stand out from other small town romances I’ve read recently. There were some parts that had me a little bored and I fear I may have zoned out.

Jensen is thrown into fatherhood when he finds out he has a 5 year old son, Caleb. Caleb’s mom passed away and isn’t speaking because of the trauma. I liked this storyline because it is something that could happen and I love the patience shown by Jensen. Seeing the care and the research he does to help his son find his voice again was very sweet.

Briar was a sweetheart too but besides her love and care of Caleb, she was kind of forgettable. I didn’t buy the romance between her and Jensen as much which was unfortunate. There was some spicy scenes so I give it 2 🌶️ out of 5.

My favorite character in the entire book was Ziggy. 🤣 Now that little goat had a lot of personality.

Thank you The Smuthood and Ann Einerson for the ARC in exchange of an honest review!

Jensen's spent his adult life staying as far away from his hometown of Bluebell, Montana while building his tech company. That all changes when he finds out that he has a five year old son that just lost his mom to cancer. In an attempt to surround him with care and love during his difficult transition, Jensen puts Caleb first and moves home to Bluebell for the summer. But while working remote and dealing with his son's trauma and his refusal to speak, Jensen focuses on who is around Caleb to make him feel comfortable and open up.

Insert Briar, Jensen's best friend's little sister. Eight years his junior, Briar has opened her cabin to the pair while managing the cabins on the family's ranch for the summer's rentals. That is, until Jensen proposes that Briar become Caleb's nanny after seeing how quickly he opened up to her.

Wrangled Love was exactly what I expected it to be. While there were times that were a little sad just because of what Caleb was going through after losing his mom, the story between Briar and Jensen was really sweet. It was nice to see how the story unfolded pretty naturally and felt real.

While I enjoyed the book, it's hard not to compare to others in the genre. And for that I'm giving this one 3.75 ⭐️ but rounding up to 4 for the sake of this review. It's not at the same level of some of my favorite Elsie Silver novels as far as small town cowboy romance goes, but this one is still worth a read! There are some spicy scenes that were pretty well written, too. All in all, an enjoyable and quick read that was paced well, in my opinion.

Thank you to the Smuthood for the ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Ann has gone cowboy and I am OBSESSED.
Jensen is a single tech CEO who founds out one day that he has a 5 year old named Caleb. Caleb is nonverbal after the loss of his mother so Jensen takes him back to the small town where he grew up to get him away from the city life and help him heal.
This story PULLED at all of my heartstrings with 2 simple words, swoon haaaaard over a cowboy, then made me cackle laugh over a goat so it truly has everything 😂 I cannot wait to see what Ann writes next in this universe!!🖤

Wrangled Love tells the story of Briar and Jensen. Briar has lived her whole life in Bluebell, Montana. She has big dreams and works hard in her family's ranch.

Then her brother's best friend comes back after many years away. He does not come by himself. He comes back with his 5 year old son and moves in with Briar. Then she agrees to be Caleb's nanny. What is suppose to a summer  fling quickly turns into more when starts spending more time with Caleb and Jesse

This book was cute but my least favorite that I have read. For some reason, I did not feel connected to the characters. The relationship between Briar and Jensen felt a bit insta-lovey.  I cringed when I was reading the nicknames.

I did however enjoyed the side characters and the the group chats that were incorporated throughout the story

This was such a beautiful love story! Their build up was slow and thought through. The relationships were so well written. Between Briar and Jensen and Briar and Caleb and the three of them. It was a very sweet and cozy love story with characters that were relatable. And all the tropes I loved were represented well! I’m excited for this series to continue!
