This was a very sweet romance story. The main character, who is a makeup artist, just got dumped after 5 years -I believe- and realizes she has never truly been a single girl. So she makes a to-do-list with her two best friends of all the things she needs to do when she is single.
I enjoyed reading this. It is a cute and fluffy read that will go by quickly. I also love makeup, so her job was an added bonus. Really liked it!

Lindsey Kelk is the queen of writing breakups and sassy best friends that help piece you back together. If any of you are ever feeling a little down then I would definitely recommend picking this one up. The characters are relatable and feel real, they have quirks and flaws and that is what makes Lindsey Kelk such a great contemporary writer. Go pick this one up.

3.5. Really enjoyed this book it was cute, fluffy and easy to read...exactly what I was wanting from this book. I enjoyed the characters and author's writing, but I felt like the pacing was a bit too slow for a chic lit.
Overall would recommend the book (especially if you're going through Sophie Kinsella type of withdrawal).

I loved this book! It was super funny, it had me laughing out loud. I love how Kelk incorporated pop culture into her novels. I can say that I truly enjoyed this book and I will be reading more of Kelk's novels in the near future.
This was a terribly fun and amusing book to read. Perfect to consume on my quiet pre-Halloween Sunday!

So this book was very charming. There were a few flaws, but overall the whole concoction was so hilarious and life-worthy that they quickly lost their focus.
I especially love how unrealistic the whole thing is. Unless you really do make a huge personality change, things like this don't happen to most people. I create an exciting life for myself, mainly because I hate being boring and I want to be the sort of person who has exciting stories to tell, but this book really takes 'exciting' to a whole new level!

Anyway, this was a sweet, cute, charming, funny, hilarious, romantic, exciting and cozy book to read. Especially over the long Halloween weekend! (Although, in retrospect, I wish I had spent that time studying xD)
