For fuck’s sake. Nearly two entire novels of these two waffling over how they feel about each other. I get that it’s a marriage of politics and that love may not play a part, but holy hell the amount of text in these pages spent on second guessing each other’s feelings is astounding. I’m tired. Like, this book and their feelings is exhausting. There isn’t enough room for a plot here because of how much angst there is.
