This book was better than the first, but I still don't have definitive feelings about this series yet. I enjoyed seeing more of the Sky Kingdom and the slow burn romance finally beginning. It's still a bit confusing to keep all of the characters straight at times. Fallon (FMC) does drive me absolutely insane sometimes, which I tried my best to ignore in the first book but by now it's gotten annoying. I don't know if the author intended for her to be so naive with a questionable attitude, but that's how I perceive Fallon. I liked the introduction of new characters (the crows) and learning more about their world. I hope this is expanded upon further in the remainder of the series. I'm glad there was some spice because it added some interest to the plot. Lore is a fascinating character and he comes across as mysterious and dangerous. The cliffhanger of an ending had me on edge and it will be interesting to see how the next part of this story unfolds in the third book.

This was good. Enjoyed it.. did feel it resembled the acotar series a lot in quite a few things... I did feel like Fallon tried so hard to be like feyre... But she seemed naive...I like feyre dunno how I feel about Fallon though..
I feel like we could have done without this book lol but dont want to be critical.
Enjoyed it if I ignore the off vibes I got.. it left a bitter taste.. it was unexpected how I had a serious face reading it because it reminded me too much of the acotar world...
Love it though—Being so contradictory with my thoughts here. Haha.. oh well, it is what it is... Ha!
