Loved It!

I was pleasantly surprised by just how good this was! Just when you think you figured it out there's a twist. The characters were all so loveable and real, I wish I could go visit Normal and meet with the book club. I really look forward to the next book!

A cute cosy mystery that filled some time. It had me guessing as to who the “bad guy” was. I was happy with May’s choices at the end.
The narration wasn’t my favourite but was easy to listen to.

This book kept me company on my trip home, and honestly, the time flew by so quickly!

It’s lighthearted, fun, and doesn’t take itself too seriously. I can definitely recommend it! :)

I liked this! It's the first cozy mystery I've read in a long time, and I enjoyed it! I did feel like the beginning was a bit quick, and everything was working weirdly great for Mae. Reflecting, I think I'll get more character development and backstory that in the next books (or I hope that we'll get more). I loved the Schitt's Creek/ Ginny and Georgia vibes. I requested the next audiobook from my local library :)
