Really wanted to like this but man, whiney and petulant from the get-go. Looks like it's got a solid following so maybe the rest of them get better but I'm not going to put the effort in.
Love a quick read that’s not too deep and very much just a fine book.
I liked the main character and the other ladies she met in the town but I found the plot and a lot of the characters one dimensional. It justn't wasn't a book for me.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, either. I didn't know what to expect, but I'm glad I read it, and so I wasn't left wanting to. However, I feel like it was all pretty predictable, and the parts that were trying to be more "suspenseful" didn't manage to keep us in tension like they should have.
