So this is the first novel in the Throne of Glass series so it's a lot of character introductions. There's a lot of big plot points the get set up for later in the series and then eventually get knocked down, but the introduction and first big story with these characters is great!

The bones of the story are good, and the concept is interesting. I find the main character completely unbelievable. How is the world’s most dangerous assassin so young and so unprepared for everything lol. Like she has training from one of the best assassins in the world but she could recognize a poison? Not too sure about this one. I’ll probably read the others, but I’m not in a rush.
