⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Winter’s Eve Then, Now, and Always.

Eve Valentine and Winter King were supposed to be married but after the death of Winter’s father his life fell apart and Winter left. Eve has been holding onto anger regarding Winter leaving her for 10 years. When Eve finds out her best friend is marrying her ex-fiancés little brother, she doesn’t take it well.

I loved Winter!! His growth and self discovery was so real. He went to therapy to work through his issues while mentoring Reign Deleon through the same grief he experienced.

Eve pissed me off the whole book (😭) which is a testament to Valdez’s writing. Also, this is very personal to me but i don’t like second chance loves because i need the FMC and the MMC to fall in love in 3 days max LOL. The back and forth in second chance romance just gets on my nerves.

The King brothers (including Reign) carried this book for me. I loved their relationship. They were able to have a fun, light relationship but also held each other accountable, showed up for one another and it just gave me all the warm feelings and laughs.

Who does Aspen end up with?!?!? I know North’s book is next and i thought it was gonna be North and Aspen but here Jude came and had me confused if maybe Aspen end up with North or not. I need answers lol.

This book was so good. Winter was a mess, but I loved his growth and development his bond with his brothers and the fact that they were emotionally intelligent even though they were all big ass kids. Eve tried to play hard to get but when he told her he was coming for everything he wasn’t playing. I can’t wait to read North’s book.

Winter King is a complicated, loving man whose journey to discover himself has taken him through highs and lows without losing his heart.
Eve Valentine is a fixer. Watching her realize that FIXING isn't always what's needed and how to be there for those she loves, really hit home.

As the eldest of three, and having lost my father a few yrs ago, this story and Winter's grief hit hard. I cried more than I'd like to admit while reading his inner turmoil. However, having been a daddy's girl, I thoroughly enjoyed Eve's interactions with her father as well as Calliope and hers. When it came to the subject of dads, this book had me on an emotional seesaw.

I absolutely enjoyed this book, and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen between Aspen, North, and possibly Jude...cause the math aint mathing.

A second chance romance with no cheating, finally!!! I had a wonderful cry, laugh, and time.

The development of the cast was wonderfully executed. The love was loving, the drama had me up when I should have been sleeping.
