First book was a bit more pleasant to read as it was faster paced and the main heroine wasn’t this much annoying. But she was annoying still. So dramatic, naive and irrational.

A true 4 star. I loved this a lot more than I expected based off of the reviews.

I was a little thrown off by the relationship between Whit and Inez at first, but I slowly grew to enjoy it. I still think that Inez is the most gullible and naive FMC I have read in ages. You just have to accept that she will trust everyone and be the last one to catch on to anything. If you can do that then it is enjoyable and a good conclusion to the duology :)
