I really enjoyed the mix of personal experience and professional research that was included; along with the three interviews Sofie had with other "fattys" that gave a broader view of what it is like to exist and work within the world as a fat person and in the movement.
I did not like the interjections the author included because she was narrating her own book. I have this issue with many books that are narrated by those that wrote the book, I love that they are voicing their own works, I don't like the feeling I get that I'm not consuming the book in the way that it was written.

Loved the audiobook. The pace was perfect. Great introduction to learning about the lived experience of fat people, the fat liberation movement and accepting bodies as they are.
