I have been hunting for a sapphic romance that really sticks with me. I thought this would be it especially because I adored tryst six venom, but I was mistaken.
The characters were sexually attracted to one another but the romance didn’t develop in a good way at all.
The plot twists in the middle and end made the story very unrealistic and dark for no reason.
Reading this book gave me nightmares and made me sleepy the whole time.The biggest turn off tho was when they killed a guy then had sex beside the dead bloody corpse

My GOD, the writing was painful. In the first 40% of the book the word "vibe" was used so many times that I could not stop myself from rolling my eyes everytime. Seriously it was probably used like 60 or so times. Thats a lot. Plus the characters were dumb. I'm not into cheating either and the entire beginning of their relationship is cheating. AND cheating IN FRONT OF and in the room NEXT TO her boyfriend.
I do have to say the two women had good chemistry and the sex scenes were hot tho.

One night her boyfriend and best friend took her to the strip club and that's where she met her love interest Ruby. Aura felt a sudden connection towards Ruby that she didn't feel like she should have because the cult, The Nation, have drilled into her homosexuality is wrong bullshit Anyways, Ruby starts to call her Vibe girl. In order to avoid spoiling too much anyways they manage to find a way to defeat The Nation at least for a short period.
I hate Bethie. Bethie was Aura's best friend who was having sex with Aura's ex boyfriend Hawk. I don't care that she was the one who called the FBI or that after the club she started questioning everything she was taught. BULLSHIT! She's a terrible person and even Ruby recognised it from the very first time she spoke to her. She was a vindictive little bitch and if she gets her own book I'm gonna be mad.
However if she does get her own book I hope it's with someone who has the same personality as K or Lyp, she can teach her a lesson
