This is a funny, flirty, and seriously hot book. Big Rock is my first book by Lauren Blakely and it won't be my last. Big Rock is simply perfect for the lover of,romantic comedies with some serious steam. I love a great friends-to-lovers story, and Big Rock delivers the goods. Lauren Blakely is a master at romantic comedies, humor and heat that pull you through the pages and puts you in the stories that are addictive. I didn't want to book to end, but it did darnit! This book is told in the first person.

3.5 stars
Big Rock was both humorous and hot - and a little bit predictable. It made my commute to work and Uni fun, though :) And I had to make sure the sound wasn't too loud ;)
I love Sebastian York's voice - he could read the phonebook and I'd be a happy camper.

I thought the book was ok. The two main characters had a good chemistry going, but there romance could have been more passion and romance. The love scenes could have more passion, feelings of ecstasy behind them. I would like to think that alpha male taking me in his arms and claimed me.
the all-male POV in this book is absolutely ridiculous. i don’t even know how to describe it, he’s just such a caricature of a person. while i took issue with that at times, this book was still just a fun read if you don’t take it too seriously.
Fun story of best friends that pretend to be engaged.. Can they remain best friends? Read and find out...
2.5? Just not the level of plot I like and without much idea of their past it was hard to get the whole friends to lovers chemistry.
I didn't like main characters and all that was over the top romantic for me.
Blakely once again delivers a fun tale, this time from the male POV. Funny and likeable characters bring to life this story of BFFs becoming lovers. There is a great mixture of (mostly believable) sex and the actual story. A little more build-up to the relationship would have been nice, but overall a good read with a HEA.
