I'm just going to go ahead and give it 5 stars. Hell, I'll probably go ahead and give the whole series 5 stars.
This book seems like a totally different story. It takes a weird turn and doesn't look back. Again, there are things you just have to concede and go with, but the story never drags and it kept me entertained. Many, many times I asked myself, or rather Olina, "Whhhy???" But then she'll acknowledge her behavior for what it is and that's enough to mollify me. What can I say? Sometimes I'm easy. I don't know what it is, but it's totally working for me. Again, if you are a fan of fantasy romance I'd say give this a go. I've already started on book 3, and if it weren't for homework I'd be reading it right now.

It was so easy for me to write a review after I read the first book but now I seem to be unable to express myself in anyway. I’m feeling ALL of the emotions.

The story seemed rushed and took a silly turn about 3/4 the way through, so I give it 3.5 stars.

Give me a moment to collect myself. I feel like a little piece of my soul just got crushed when I saw how long I have to wait for the next book.
But this book was all I needed and more. We get to meet a whole new group of friends and Olina (or Frost, as she's known to her new friends) becomes so much stronger in so many different ways. She gets more romance in this book, not a lot, but the build up is cute and I was practically jumping for joy when it happened. People from the 1st book come back into play and it ties everything together and the characteristics of both Olina and Frost shape one confident, awesome woman. I cannot (but I have to) wait for the next book. January seems way too far away.

Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen, sogar besser als der erste Teil. Man lernt mehr von Glacium kennen und Olina - der Hauptcharakter - bekommt wesentlich mehr Tiefe. Die Story ist spannend, es sind einige doch eher unerwartete Wendungen, die aber wunderbar in die Geschichte passen. Hat mir großen Spaß gemacht, diesen zweiten Teil zu lesen.
