Was not able to finish in time for a library loan - I found it kind of a slog to get through, even though there were some really interesting themes and passages.

I waver between 3 and 4 stars for this one. It is not as strong as some of Atwood's other books.

Very very slow. Roughly a third of the way through and nothing had really happened and hadn’t learnt much about the characters either.

Not Margret Atwood's best, found the main character annoying and her decision very sketchy. The last few pages were disturbing.
