the films did michael moscovitz so dirty. a dream man.

I went back and read through the entire Princess Diaries series, and I honestly really enjoyed this ending to a series I grew up with both in film and literature.

I just enjoy rereading this book! I really enjoy Mia and her story, and I had a really great time rereading it again!

*Second Read September 16th, 2017*
Loved reading this book again! It's so sweet and funny, Mia with her health/illness obsession has gone along with the times and now uses an app. And the twins! Just so amazing, and I just love this book!

*First Read February 2nd 2015*
Oh, my, this was such a fantastic, wonderful, incredible book! We get to see these characters again! And Mia is told about Olivia! And the popular culture references, the names Mia had for her contacts on her phone, her obsession with rating royals site and her spot there, this was such a great book!

I can't believe I finally finished this series. It is truly bittersweet because I love Mia and Co. so much. These books were so lighthearted and fun to read and got me out of some of my worst reading slumps! I'm happy for Mia, where she ended up and I look forward to reading the spin-off series about the new character we met in this book! Mia and Michael will forever be one of my favorite book couples, and you can tell how much they've grown through the books and during their time apart in the last few leading up to the finale.

Re-reading this always brings back memories of the early years of high school. Michael and Mia have come so far, and as always Cabot shows you how much love she has for her characters with her thoughtful and funny (final?) installment of Mia's inner monologue. Not going to lie, if she decides to keep milking this cash cow and give us the adult series we deserve, I will be over the damn moon.

The Princess Diaries is like PLL to me. There are so many books in the series but do I care? No. Nu-uh. I do not give a shit. I love it and I want more. But with a heavy heart I have to say that Royal Wedding isn't as fun as the previous books when Mia was a teenager. When she was a teenager it was like I could relate to her, but now that she's an adult I just can't. And I have a feeling that Royal Wedding is kinda like a middle aged woman who tries too hard to be the hip cool teenager. There are tons of pop culture reference in this book that I just think they're a bit lame and too much at some point? I just hope Meg Cabot will tone it down a bit in the next book but other than that this book is OK, still fun, and we get to see lots of Michael (CUZ YEEEEES I LOVE HIM).

Oh how I love living vicariously in Mia's world. And to visit it again to see where everyone ended up was a great reunion! I can only hope that a new book will come out where we can see how Mia is faring being in charge of Genovia and with her twins. I know I will also be following Olivia's new series as well. This made me want to re-read the whole series again to experience the magic like it was the first time.

I have finally completed the princess diaries series! I have been listening to this audiobook for about a week and finished it today. I thought this was a cute add on book, and I might've enjoyed this more if I read it physically.
