Love triangle felt really forced and unnecessary (and the characters involved got to be very annoying). Mostly enjoyed the story, but as a Christian there was some content I was uncomfortable with. I should have stopped reading after the first book.

I enjoyed the light-hearted mystery, but I still wish it talked more about the magic system and went into depth about how it works. I also found the ending rather anticlimactic.
