This book was cute but a little immature… which is weird because it’s got some spicy content.

Not good but also not bad. Good for when you need a light hearted book to pick up, but not life changing.

This book was a surprising delight. I was skeptical based on the cover, but honestly it was sweet and funny and lighthearted. I feel like it has the same tone as Mystic Bayou and in a different setting. I do feel like the title is misleading, it seems like it would be a fake marriage book and it isn't.

Very cute and fun. I like the world she's built. And it's so nice to read a paranormal romance where the main character isn't 19 and doesn't sound 60.

It was a good easy read! Quite predictable but still very cute and lighthearted!

In general cute fluffy romance with 20-33 yo MCs who are a witch and a shifter. Muliple explicit scenes but has some fade to black.  Some swearing. Basically what you would expect from this romance genre.

I won an ARC of the third book in this series, so I felt it was only right to read the first 2 before I read that one (in case there were interconnected stories). I really enjoyed this book, and I read through it pretty quickly. I am excited to read the rest of the series.

This book was a second chance romance story following a witch named Violet (Vi) and shifter named Lincoln (Linc). I love their relationship. The mutual pining. The banter. But what really stood out in this book was the support of Violets family and friends as she navigated a tough situation. Love to see a good hype squad.

Honestly, I had fun reading this. It made me laugh a couple of different times, and I was rooting for Vi and Linc. It was a cozy paranormal romcom perfect for spooky season.

Potential spoiler. Read no further if you dont want spoilers.

I took away a star because I really just dislike the "misunderstanding leading to a breakup" trope. It was used TWICE in this book (once in their past relationship and then again toward the end of the book). The first made sense with the storyline, but the second felt rushed in all aspects of the word. It happened suddenly, and then it was resolved shortly after. All was forgiven because... mates. I get why it needed to happen, but I wasn't thrilled about it.
