I just couldn't believe that Violet would spend time with Lincoln after her heartbreak. His failure was too big. The READER knows he had extenuating circumstances but SHE doesn't. Perhaps a little doubt in her conviction that he did her wrong: "Maybe I should have given him a chance to explain. He's a good person. I wonder if there's more to what happened." [but well written and woven into the story :) ]
Also, it was confusing at the beginning. Too much lingo without the context to understand it.

I really enjoyed Not the Witch You Wed.
Yeah, it's cheesy at times and predictable, but that's kinda what you expect from contemporary romances. You don't read them to be shocked, you read them to feel good, and this book definitely delivers.
There's some minor angst, but nothing too annoying and there's very little smut for those that care about those things.

While at first the set up of the world was a little confusing and trying to figure out who was who, the writing and characters were captivating.
Violet and Lincoln are filled with banter, lots of fake dating and are enemies to lovers. They take you for a cute whirlwind. Definitely recommend reading this one.

I really enjoyed it. Its fast paced, sucks you in right away. Its hella white but it's cute and enjoyable.
What a fun little read. I went in expecting little and was super pleasantly surprised! Cute rom com with paranormal love in an urban fantasy is perhaps my new favorite genre. Looking forward to reading the next ones!

Solid witchy season read to start off a new series. Violet and Lincoln had great banter, tension and love. Love Violets relationship with her triplet sisters, best friends and her Gran. Also, loved the working at a center for kids setting and Linc having fun with the kids. Can’t wait to read the next one in the series and hopefully get some follow-up on the couple!
