«La magia actúa mejor cuando más se le ayuda»

Un libro muy ameno y fresco de leer con detalles tan bonitos que quedan resguardados en la mente. Enmarca un buen mensaje que a pesar de los tiempos nunca pasara desapercibido.

"If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden."
Frances Hodgson Burnett.

It's a book about grief, about friendship and about the little things. About how you can learn to look at the good side and learn to be better without an afterthought.

I'm not gonna be super poetic about it - there was a few times I wanted to slap Mary and Colin. But more often than not I was coming back to listen to their story.

There was an overgrown little path in my childhood village and I always considered it as the entrance to the Secret Garden. I didn't remember much about the movie aside from a girl, a sickly little kid and a garden. But the idea stayed.

I'm gonna have a good cry now, see y'all

Haven't read this for oh so long, it was like reading it for the first time. Apart from the very occasional 19th century racism, it was delightful and my child and both loved it. The illustrations by Inga Moore were enchanting.

this is my fav childhood book
