Writing style is just terrible, couldn’t get into it

This read very much like a wattpadd story. I did not need to know what every character in the scene was wearing!

I would recommend this book if you like drama, a love triangle, and the energy of a Lana del Rey style sad girl summer. Not a bad summer read.

Thank you @prhaudio and Paige Toon for a #gifted copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review!

I wanted so badly to like this book, but unfortunately, it just didn’t connect with me.

I enjoy a good love triangle, but only when both love interests are worthy and likable. I couldn’t stand Finn - he was selfish more often than not. Tom was such a great person/love interest so I couldn’t get behind Liv having such a problem choosing and indulging Finn when Tom was around.

The book started picking up in the middle and I was enjoying it, but I wound up not being able to get past the ending.

I’ll keep this review short because I think this may have just been not the right book for me. I know many others who loved it, so read the synopsis on slide 2 and decide for yourself if it’s for you!
