Excellent. Just excellent. So vivid. So easy to get invested in. Although, the twist was predictable it was still VERY satisfying.

Okay, by the middle of the book I got bored of the story and the writing style was a bit wierd but I finished the book AND THE LAST 20 PAGES LITERALLY KILLED ME LIKE WHY. I normally rate most of the books I read with 5 stars but I didnt like the writing style and the story was a bit dragging until of course the end. Which is why I give it 4 stars. But other then that it was a quick decent read.

When I tell you my jaw dropped.
I swear l've only been this shocked whilst reading something 3 or 4
times(as in books I've read)
Especially since candy narrates it herself so the ending was completely unexpected but gave me the thrill and excitement. She,along side her cousins or nieces or whatever Johnny and mari I think lol and her sweet childhood lover Gat and called the liars, they've been friends since they were kids and were inseparable since, but as they grew up family conflicts between the three sisters were getting out of hand, and neither of the liars had liked what the infamous sinclair family was going through. But at first we get a glimpse of what cadys and gats love life was like,it wasn't that bad but not good either, due to gats different background and since cady struggled to see what was holding gat back so that was that. This story was def not about their romance. We know that cady has an accident and get concussed or something the becomes really sick and weak and her life turns for the worst, not only that but she loses memeory of what happened on the day the accident occurs, she had to leave the island as the doctors recommended it'd be good if she stays away from there an rests so her memory naturally comes bakc. After the Europe tour with her father she comes back to the island hoping she'd uncover ehat had happened and why everyone was so secretive about it. She says that " the other liars still looked the same " which didn't sounds weird at first. She also notices that the sinclair family is peaceful for once which wasn't the case back then. She hangs out with the liars and spend joyous time with them but i there were clues which I couldn't have possibly dotted then to the ending but it got much more interesting as it went on.
Cady did not only deceive herself but she deceived us too, it was a defense mechanism to help her forget what she's done. The liars did not exist, they were dead. It was hallucinations, she tried to convince herself and pushed herself away from reality. I did not believe what I was reading, it was the liars scheme,to burn the house so that none of the sisters get it then they thought to themselves that it might make things better or release the tension it had on the sinclair family but it certainly did not, the liars died in the house while it was on fire and cady blamed herself for it as she recalled all the memories back, she was in pieces but she unveiled the truth that she came back for and it shall never leave her in  peace.
