I don't want to spoil anything, but Kirkman delivered a huge climax and an excellent ending. I'm so glad I read this really special and incredible series and will probably be rereading it all again soon.

The end of the best superhero series out there. This trade tried to finish off all open story threads and ended up feeling a little rushed. But you will want to read this series if you are not yet doing this.

I think Kirkman's Invincible may have out Marveled Marvel. I'm still bitter about One More Day so an extra-special kudos to Kirkman and crew for displaying a healthy long-term family unit in the Grayson family.

So part 1 and part 2 of The End of all things (i.e vol 24 and 25) are reviewed here.
The art style is back to normal , thank goodness for that . Then we had all the emotional stuff between Mark , Eve and Terra . And finally Mark finally taking a firm stand against Thragg and Rex
The ending is almost already apparent from the get go . But it's satisfying as hell . With lots of action and gore .
But of course in typical Invincible pattern , there were a lot of anti climatic moments , like the sappy emotional turn from the hybrid Viltrumites during Thragg's battle and the sudden Turn of Rex and discovery of Rex during the big battle ( which , for a genius who has always stayed hidden at unknown location to prevent capture , was pretty stupid )
The Deaths did hit home hard and the aftermath displaying how Mark changed the Viltrums and how the 3rd generation of Grayson's have grown up was really nice . Overall it was a near perfect ending

This review is intended to cover the entire series, not just volume 25.
Not the tightest written story, but that doesn’t really matter here. Despite its mountain of issues, Invincible manages to enrapture like nothing else, and that comes down to Kirkman’s strongest ability as a writer: surprise. While this can backfire with events that wrap up a little too quickly or awkwardly, these surprises more often payout in fantastic ways than anything that may hold the story back in detrimental ways. I also really have to commend his ability to balance such an absurd number of plotlines simultaneously. While obviously unplanned, they frequently climax in ways that seem very natural and focused. The ingenious part of this balancing act is how it assists in the pacing: by having so many narratives occurring concurrently, Kirkman can have them all unfold at a reasonable speed without the reader getting bored by the lack of developments. Not too interested in what’s happening on one page? Don’t worry, the next page will likely be something completely different and the page after that. These bite-sized plot-check-ins lead to a fast pace for the overall series, but a suitable pace for each individual narrative. Obviously the rest of the writing is great, but these are just some things that I noticed while reading that really impressed me. Invincible is something I'm gonna be thinking about for a long time, I imagine.

I shed many tears reading this. What a great closing piece.
My main complaint when I first read the finale was that I felt like it was too rushed. On second read, I actually really enjoyed it, although, I still hope the last issue gets more time on the show.
It’s just such a poetic finish in many ways. Thank you, Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley, Cory Walker, and everybody else who brought this series to life.

SUCH A FANTASTIC ENDING TO AN AMAZING SERIES!!! I cannot thank Robert Kirkman enough for writing one of my favorite superhero comics of all time. I am eternally grateful and will have to reread this series again!!! Loved it. ❤️❤️
