“We were bound by something so much purer than death. We were bound by her. This girl who’d shown up out of nowhere and managed to claim a hold on the corrupted souls of four broken monsters.”

This book will not be for everyone. It's dark and puts the bully in bully romance. But with that being said I absolutely loved this book it was *chefs kiss* and I immediately started the second book in the series

Very interested to see where else this goes!

No thank you lol

This was intense. The bullying is fairly standard with these authors, but this lacked the "fun" aspect. Still, the style of writing and just-enough mystery aspect has me opening up book 2.

WOW

Brain meltingly awesome. The angst flowed and hooked me immediately. Their intensity and darkness warmed my blood. Their chemistry was magick and electrifying. It was a wild ride and I could never catch my breath. I really enjoyed the multiple POVs it gave all the main characters a great depth. I’d call it a slow burn that you never wanted to end. The details and secondary information seemed a bit over the top for me. Possibly could have something to do with the book being crazy thick and I was utterly addicted to seeing around the next curve.

2.5 stars It’s not Zodiac Academy… not sure if I will read the other books in that series.

My first DNF of the year. I just couldn’t get past the idea of these HIGHSCHOOLERS having this odd secretive society and the bully torture aspect of it just turned me off right away.

Sweet baby Jesus I am definitely diving into the next book immediately

Let’s just pretend the characters are all over 25 years old.
