I really enjoyed this one. Love a good strong heroine that doesn’t need a man to save her, but finds a man willing to treat her like a goddess

“Maybe all you had to do was feel it with someone who made you feel whole again. Someone who took all the dark parts of you and worshipped them.”

3 days. That's how fast I finished this phenomenal book! (Normally a book this size takes me at least a week.) I was entranced the entire time. I couldn't put it down. I was enthralled by the characters the first chapter they were introduced. I absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next!

Very unique, amazing world building, smart heroes, girl that can actually take care of herself (sometimes).

Minus one star for the fucking stupid out of character thing the author has her do right at the end and then the magic bond doesn’t work for some reason? Please. Also, the way the author set him up to be weak and sad next book was just shitty.

Definitely needs a good editor. Grammar mistakes galore here and I’m usually bad at catching those. Also lots of rehashing stuff that was already gone through.

this was an interesting take on fated mates and vampires. I enjoyed it. Especially the characters. The FMC was my fave by far. She was feisty.

We can’t all be Sarah J. Maas.

I liked the first half, but the decision-making got more and more absurd as the book dragged on and Eveline started to profoundly irritate me. I kept hoping her brain would kick back in, but she apparently learned nothing.
