I enjoyed reading about a different FMC, Mayumi, but I liked Faunus a lot more. His trauma and appearance in the last book made me look forward to reading about his storyline. I was relieved his actual name didn’t turn out to be “Kitty” despite the cute origins. I had hoped to have more interaction with the other couples, but this takes place in the human villages, so you get to read about different characters. Though this was ok, it was too long, and I lost interest a few times through the book so unfortunately will stop reading this series after this book. I thoroughly loved the first book the most.
