I am still pissed that Lucas and Helen dont know they arent cousins. Daphyne (idk how to spell it) is seeming suspicious and i dont like her..

So I was finally able to get my hands on this book after about a whole year after reading Starcrossed. Dreamless refreshed my memory a lot about the first book and honestly, I really like Dreamless. Probably not as much as I love Starcrossed, but I feel as if something was just....not my cup of tea. That's how I'm going to word it haha.

I was rooting for Orion the entire book even though I just KNEW that Helen was not going to choose him.:/ Darn her passionate love for Lucas.

Now onto Lucas . He changed a tonnnn. But along those lines of new changes, his love for Helen never falters no matter how much he tried to push them away.

Overall, I'd give this a 4 star (:

Ugh! Why did I bother with this? So bleh and convoluted. And if that wasn't bad enough, she had to go and introduce a pointless love triangle!! God, I HATE LOVE TRIANGLES!!!! Enough already!
Needless to say, will not be reading the next book. Actually, I would like the hours I spent reading this back please!

I didn't think Josephine would be able to top her first book, Starcrossed, but I was wrong! Dreamless was everything I hope it would be and more :D It was a great read and a hard book to put down.

soooo i can't remember even a little bit from goddess but based on this book i'm assuming it's gonna expand on the polycule helen-lucas-orion that starts developing in this book, right? .... right??

This was awesome. The amount of action completely exceeds the first book and I love it. What an ending too!!! Can't wait for Goddes now!!!

Dreamless was much more boring than starcrossed and it felt like an eternity until the story really got going. The end was quite fast-paced and interesting but everything that lead up to that took so long to sit through. I hate the pseudo-love-triangle that gets introduced in this book and the main character Helen is really annoying. She listens to no one, always goes headfirst into danger and has to be saved while being the most powerful, beautiful, special person.

So many television shows and books seem to be clinging to the concept of incest - Game of thrones, true blood, city of bones, etc etc. It's annoying. We know youre not related... why is going to take THREE books for the author to let them know they're not related? It's unnecessary and aggravating. I almost gave it three stars just for that alone.
