Tanny-boy, you have my heart.

New book boyfriend alert! Man, Vince Tanev and his effing mouth!

This book. Top tier. Chef's kiss. Masterpiece! Swoon-worthy material, let me tell you. I want a Tanny-boy, seriously. I'll never get out of my hockey romance era. And now I'm so angsty for Jaxson and Grace and Vince's reaction when he finds out. OMG!

I think I met my match too.

Tropes:
Close proximity
Interracial romance
Possessive MMC
Hockey romance

Favorite quotes:

Those cheekbones were enough to make a poet dedicate their life’s work to him.

“Just pretend like I’m not here.” “Easier said than done when you look like that.”

“Mr. King.” She frowned. “Why?” “Because when we get married, I already know you’re too independent to take my last name, so I guess I’ll have to take yours.”

“If only you had something better to do with this smart mouth of yours.”

“I love that face, by the way,” he said, glancing at where I was still frozen in place. “The one you make when you realize you’ve met your match.”

“You are so deep-seated in my mind, in my being. I will never be rid of you.”

“Put these on, and walk home with my cum dripping out of you. I want you to feel a reminder of what just happened with every fucking step.”

Did I love this as much as Mile High? No. Did I still absolutely devour it? Yes.

I looooved this book. Just good romance and smut and didn’t have any of the microtropes I don’t like from other hockey romances
