Picks up right where book 1 ended. I liked all the twists in the story and the progress in the relationship. Can't wait to see how everything finishes up in book 3.

In book 2 wyn is in danger and eldrin, Oakes and Jaden fear they won't find her before it's too late. Secrets are revealed and wyn is having trouble accepting that she deserves love just because she thinks she's a mere human. There was more steam in this one and I truly hope that wyn will understand her worth and follow her heart instead of her head. Excited to see what awaits them in the next book.

2.5 the main characters became insufferable
I'm going to be honest I dnf this book at like 60%. If I had to read one more time but "I'm just a human or a human slave" I was going to toss my Kindle. Not only that but these men are telling her they love her and she just thinks at some point they're just going to throw her away. It just became so obnoxious I couldn't continue the FMC was insufferable I'm sorry she was.

Danger Ahead
Wyn has been kidnapped, but will she be found in time? This installment of the Fae Hearted series brings us exploration, secrets revealed, danger, and the old time story of can love conquer all.
I love the characters, the story, and the need to know what is going to happy. Will a HEA come? The characters are coming into their own, finding out who they really are ,and can be as one.

I love reading the second book in a series. Most of the world building is done, the main characters established and we can focus on the story. Wynstelle's character development is a bit different in this book from the first. Shes not quite so niave and filled with wonder at everything. I also loved the prince's character development - hes almost a real boy! Oakes and Jaden are perfect as they are and exactly the stability the other two need. With fae politics and now human politics in the mix, this story is getting complicated fast. I only wish Wynstelle wasn't quite so selfless and had more sense of her own worth. Cant wait to see what happens next.

Book 2 picks up right where book 1 left off thank goodness! We find Jaden and Oakes searching for Wyn in the human realm. When they find her, she is nearly frozen to death so they do what they can to warm her up. Then they are found by humans and there is where the drama starts. Secret after secret is revealed and Wyn gets caught in the crossfire of them all. She is strong FMC to deal with all of this! I loved this continuation, we get a more in depth look at Wyn, Eldrin, Jaden and Oakes. Not to mention all of the characters from the human realm! The spice is still slow but is picks up a little from book 1. Wyn is still in danger from everyone and her Fae have to protect her no matter what! I can’t wait for the next book!! I need more of this story!!!

So many secrets
Book two in the Fae Hearted series picks up where book one left off, with Wynstelle in the human realm, hurt and dying. Jaden and Oakes risk a war with the humans to save her.
While awaiting a trial on their fate for breaking the treaty, Wynstelle learns secrets about her past. Will these secrets cause the Fae realm and humans to break the treaty and start a war, or will the King want the treaty to remain with the same terms?
Eldrin, Jaden, and Oakes must fight to keep the peace between the two realms while trying to win the heart of Wynstelle and convince her to take one of them as a mate for both love and protection in the Fae realm.
Throughout the book, she learns secrets about herself that must remain secret to keep everyone safe. She is given some information that may help her make future decisions, but she must keep it to herself.
We must wait until the next book to see what she decides. Go with her heart or base her decisions on what is safest? I can't wait to find out what happens next.

This book is a wonderful mix of romance, intrigue and adventure. I love Wyn and how she has grown into a strong, sassy woman who is trying to find where she belongs in the world. Eldrin, Jaden & Oakes are elves who will do whatever it takes to show Wyn how they feel. I enjoyed the way their relationships progress at a natural rate and nothing is forced. I’m so excited to see what happens next for them all and just what impact Wyn’s decisions will have.

I need Wynstelle to decide her own path. Then I will fight for her to safely walk it. I have already pushed my will upon her enough to drive anyone away.
I need her to choose me because she loves me. Not because she feels obligated.
Book two of the Fae Hearted series picked up right where we left off in Between Realms, with the FMC, Wynn, missing and in mortal danger. Additional secrets are uncovered: who Wynn is and what forces were at work to take her from her quiet life as a servant to catching the Fae Prince’s attention.
Wynn continued her transition from the naïve and innocent human foundling who saw herself as a second-class citizen to a woman who could (and deserved to) stand up for herself. Her deep-engrained feelings of self-doubt continued to color her decisions, but she started finding her strength.
We got more of Jaden and Oakes’ POVs. They continued to be my favorites of her men, all-in and incredibly supportive of Wynn. Through actions and words, they attempted to prove how much they loved and wanted her. How important her happiness was.
I still need to see some growth from the prince before I can view him in a positive light, but by the end of this book, he is showing some promise of redemption. He has the potential to be so much more than the entitled prick he has been.
This book is still slower burn but has some increasing spice.
Tangled Secrets ends on a cliffhanger. I look forward to the next book.
