I liked the graphics and colors quite a bit. However, my review copy didn’t have all of the cities in it. I really wanted to see a few that were left out. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the cursive text, either. If I could have read the whole book, I probably would have liked it a lot more.

The itineraries are not realistic and they omit major components and attractions of some cities.

Like why does Boise highlight tater tots when they were invented in Oregon? And why wasn't the Anne Frank Memorial included by the Birds of Prey (almost an hour outside of downtown) was included? They don't even mention Art in the Park which has happened the first weekend of September for years but they do mention "Bug Day"? And it's Boise STATE University. Not Boise University.

But yes, the greenbelt and parks are amazing.

The "itineraries" would take 2-3 days not one.

This book is for children and everything should be fact checked because the writers neglected to do so.

Needs copy-editing/fact checking; color contrast at times makes it hard to read and visually inaccessible. Why not pick a city per state or simply the 50 largest cities? Couldn't figure out the rationale for including some and excluding others.

This cute, compact tome is chockfull of information about famous people and places in some of the U.S.'s best known cities. I loved the illustrations and the trivia contained within its pages.

This oversized map books is beautifully illustrated and wonderfully packed full of facts about the states and cities of America. Even I learned things about my own city I didn’t know.
