Like the synopsis says, this is a bunch of oneshots. While I liked a couple of the characters that were being introduced like Delia, and liked the reprise of Marv, I really would rather have a solid storyline. That’s what I’ve enjoyed from each of the other volumes and this one left me in a very “meh” state.

The penultimate Sin City volume. This instalment is a series of short stories rather than one.
⚠️Triggers: anxiety, nudity, violence, sexually explicit, sexism, domestic violence, death, murder.
I noticed some stories overlink with the previous running narrative so time is not in chonological order.
Not sure what to make of this one as some of the stories connected to the previous volumes but others didn't. I like how certain elements of illustration like blue eyes, red lips, clothing etc. are depicted in colour as most of are shown in monochrome.
I liked a few of the short stories which are based on a female seductive type assassin/hit woman that uses her feminine charms before snuffing her victims out.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ star read.

Huzzah, done with the series, on to better and brighter things!
Good art, and more interesting stories than in the other installments, but nothing that interesting. This book featured more color which removed some of the starkness, but also made some things pop off the page nicely.

As usual the style is impeccable, but the assortment of stories are too short and schizophrenic to be genuinely enjoyed in one run or when spaced. I much prefer the long-story style of the previous volumes.
An assortment of short stories from Sin City. Nothing individually incredible, but all good and fits perfectly into the series.
This volume collects short little stories about different characters from the series (we get a few with Marv and one with Dwight) and is entertaining enough. I really enjoyed the introduction of Delia the most out of all the stories in here.
I love the short stories in Booze, Broads, and Bullets. Miller's style lends itself well to quick one-offs, and it really lends a sense of a living, breathing city to a series that is, at its core, only a few characters big.
