I love the uniqueness of the plotline and the characters but after Archer and Bree finally got together, it felt like every plot line or conflict from then on was pretty rushed and solved pretty quickly. I still love their romance though - there were definitely some lines that showed it was in fact written in 2016 but some lines were just beautiful and their dedication to one another is inspiring.

I went through an entire emotional rollercoaster with this book. Archer Hale has a special place in my heart.

Holy. Cow. I have been in a slump for awhile and have been wanting to find a good book that I love and this was it. A heartbreaking love story but oh so good.

This book was absolutely adorable. It was cheesy at times but sometimes a cheesy little romance is all you need. I loved the characters and the idea of someone being so far-removed from society that they truly don’t understand the nuances of behavior and them having to grow and having the perfect motivation to bring themselves out of a self-imposed isolation. I loved the character development and even though I’m typically not an insta-love fan, it really worked well in this book. You go through so many emotions while reading this and sometimes, especially as someone who doesn’t like getting emotional, it’s a really good escape and kind of grounds you in a way. Would totally recommend this book especially if you’re going through a reading slump.

stop! just stop! this book is bad if you don’t think so then you didn’t read it right.

mia u bastard! u had me bawling my eyes out at the end like my heart depended on it with that lil wordplay at the end!!! this was so beautifully well written and a love story in a way where the plot was the focus point anf i love a story that revolves around a good lil plot with a side dish of romance, easy read and is definitely a tear jerker
