I really enjoyed this story but what held me back was the writing.
Words were repetitive, she said “tummy” an irrational amount of times, and she referred to the love of her life as a “boy,” which I found weird.
I loved Archer. I rooted for him and wanted a win. I was so glad to see it happen. I struggled with Bree. Things seemed too easy and coincidental with her.
4 stars for story.
2 for writing.

“Bad things don't happen to people because they deserve for them to happen. It just doesn't work that way. It's just… life. And no matter who we are, we have to take the hand we're dealt, crappy though it may be, and try our very best to move forward anyway, to love anyway, to have hope anyway… to have faith that there's a purpose to the journey we're on.”
