It was challenging to get through this. I had somewhat high hopes but the writing was the first let down. I mostly finished it because I was curious as to how he got to be where he was.
Premise. Bree is running away from her life after graduation and chooses to stay in a small town near where she vacationed as child. She meets Archer one day while out shopping and decides to mildly stalk him

Without trying to spoil anything, this book simultaneously scared the shit out of me and made my heart soft and mushy. Those last couple chapters did have my heart in my throat and I thought for a good minute that I was about to finish one of the saddest love stories I‘ve yet to read. Mia Sheridan did write one of the most beautiful, tragic love stories and I will stick by that. Like Boys of Tommen, serious and tragic situations were written and handled so respectfully, and I appreciate that so much from an author. The relationship that bloomed was unlike a relationship I’ve read about before, Bree and Archer being now one of my favourite book couples.
“Only you, only ever you”
March’s book club read: i loved this book. all the twists and turns and mia write so so descriptively. this was an amazing book and i loved their love story. the end really got me i was so scared until i saw the last couple pages.
i loved this book, it was amazing for some reason i loved how they signed to each other it was like they had their own language only they knew. But the end absolutly killed me throughout i was like when is this supposed to get sad bc everyone said it was devo but i knew the ending was going to happend but noth with ARCHER!!! crying ❤️
I really liked this one! I thought it was a little cheesy in the beginning with how Archer and Bree met but their relationship grew on me. I thought that Archer was a very sweet man but it was a little weird that they treated him like a child in certain parts and then they would get down and dirty in others??? Like I get he didn’t know how the world worked but idk it was a little weird. AND THEN THE END I THOUGHT HE DIED AND I WAS MAD BC THAT WOULD’VE BEEN SO DUMB. But I was quickly proven wrong hehe. This was one of the better romances that I’ve read!
This was a good story but I felt like so much is missing. I really expected more. Needs a revamp because the potential is there.
