If you have been putting off this book like I did.. If you thought that this book was ONLY about a girl falling in love with a man who couldn’t speak.. I BEG you, just read the book!!

This book was HEARTWRENCHING: Bree + Archers story broke me + yet their similarities + them coming together, was pure fate.

Archer lived his whole life in solitude: everyone in that small town ignored him + saw him as a nobody. Until Bree. She broke through his walls + saw the REAL Archer, + encouraged everyone else to open their eyes + see him, too. They both, but especially Archer deserve the whole world. + I’m so glad he got that!

Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan
⭐⭐

My favorite thing about this book was the use of sign language and the emphasis on nonverbal connection made their bond so intimate. ASL just added a refreshing twist to the romance genre that I didn’t know I needed.

"What I know, is that you walked through my gate that day, and I lost my heart. But not because it could have been any girl— because it was you. I lost my heart to you. And, Bree, in case you’re wondering, I don’t ever want it back."

This book was so fucking gut wrenching I can’t. I absolutely loved Archer but reading his note to Bree absolutely broke me I actually thought I would never stop crying. I haven’t been this emotional about a book in a while and I can’t even begin to explain how I felt about this book. I didn’t only feel for the characters I felt with them and that is what I think differentiates a good book from an amazing book. Yes, I know a lot of people didn’t like the book but I think relating to a book is what makes people like it or dislike it. I loved this if you couldn’t tell.

Archer’s Voice was beautiful and emotional—a story that broke my heart and healed it all at once. I couldn’t put it down. It’s a powerful reminder that love truly can conquer all.
