Worth every tear in this heartfelt story of love, family, and the ripple effects of vengeance complete with beautiful illustrations to tug at your every heartstring! It was worth each page to sit and take in all the art and reflect on Will’s story seeing his life and those lost along way. This inspired me to seek out Reynolds other books & comics!

Beautiful artwork, even in black and white on my Kobo. The story was heartbreaking and intense, and the prose was very poetic. A quick but impactful read. Wow!

I didn’t know that this is also a novel, but I thought this graphic novel adaptation was done extremely well.

A very important read about cyclical violence with an ending that will make your heart skip a beat. Read this graphic novel!
