I was so sure Pycroft was secretly Mycroft in disguise, so I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked.

Loved it ,nearly cried at the end.

Another entertaining collection of Sherlock stories, which again, were intertwined with watching Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman portray the main characters in the BBC show. Serendipitously, I read the "The Adventure of the Greek Interpreter," in which Mycroft and the Diogenes Club are introduced, earlier the same day we watched "The Abominable Bride," in which Mark Gatiss wears a fat suit to portray the Victorian version of Mycroft. Smashing!

However, after two novels and two short story collections, I'm growing a bit weary of Sherlock & co. (Just imagine how ACD must have felt after bringing all these stories into existence! Ready to kill off his popular main character, obviously.) This book shows you the many faces/feelings/sides of the genius Sherlock Holmes.. gOd! I wish I could deduce clues like that!
It is simplicity itself. Or so he says..
The ending leaves you stranding though.. And sad.. :(
