I liked it, felt cozy to read. Really loved the writing style. Was a nice twist to everything.

I enjoyed this, loved the twists and the pacing, but I felt like it was wrapped up a little bit too neatly at the end.

I couldn’t decide what to rate this. I just didn’t like it as much as the other Lisa Jewell books I’ve read. Most of it was depressing and/or boring. I was happy with the ending though.

I enjoyed reading this story— however I don’t think it classifies as a “thriller”. It was more of a family drama in my opinion! I did enjoy the past/present story telling, but it also made it drudge on during the first half of the book. Overall I would say 2.5 stars. Can’t wait to read more Lisa Jewell books.
