This book is truly wonderful. There are so many layers that I have continued to mull over long after finishing the book. One of the best books of modern literature I have ever read.

This was a slog. I had to push to read to page 379 and then could not anymore. I skimmed the repetition of the war chapters and read the last few pages.

DID NOT FINISH

Most depressing book i've read in a long time.

Could not put this down. A fantastic depiction on England during world war 2, as well as just a fascinating concept, for an author (getting to write things multiple ways), a reader, and a plot.

Also, this is a prime example of how cover art matters. This book looks like a piece of trash - that plus the only cover accolade being from Gillian Flynn gave me a major moments pause.
