Love the experiences throughout this book, I think it got a little slow in the middle of the book though. It’s nice cause it didn’t give me a lot of anxiety, but I am used to more fast paced and action packed novels

Where Peaches & Honey is the building of a world full of longing, aching, ostracizing, and the devastating effects of humanity, Pits & Poison is the elaboration of the immortal fight for good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fast moving events in this books. While so vastly different from the first book in this duology, that same sense of deep yearning fills every page leaving you craving the next.

So many questions from the mystery surrounding ding Khiran are answered in this book, and so much closure is offered. While I refuse to leave any spoilers, the ending the me everything that I wanted with a fail safe included. Anna and Khirans love story is one that will stay with me.

Thank you to R. Raeta for choosing me for the ARC team. It was an honor that I have a pining heart to show for.
