Infinite stars.  God tier.  I cried no less than five times, so please add a drop to your tear jar, R. Raeta.  Absolutely stunning work.

This is such a beautifully tragic love story filled with gods and the world changing despite wanting to stay still. I loved every minute of this duet. The writing was stunning and I loved the historical aspects. The characters were real and ugh this book made me feel. Will be a top read of 2025!

This hurt but it’s also beautiful it’s like omg I’m gonna die someday what do I value it’s like one persons love is a love enough it’s like idk bittersweet there truly is never enough time .
To say I love you properly to forgive to be brave to see everything even with century’s and the end is scary .

I liked it I mean I wish we’ didnt run most of the time but ultimately I love it .
With the second book I’d say no like Addie Laurue at all hehe but I like them both I feel I’ll want to re read this someday when I’m older and that’s exciting for now I’m not scared of death only a life not lived well I know annna and k are like beacons of good but it made me want to live for NE more she soent century’s helping and only at the end did she crave or try for her own joy . I really liked it if one more person got a peach I want it to be kiai also would read about her and eira in a heart beat

Did not love the very ending but other than that it was a nice conclusion to this duology

Overall rating: 4.25/5
Spice: 🌶️🌶️/5 (talked about/eluded to non explicitly)

This book surprised me and I actually think I enjoyed it more than book one. Peaches and Honey (which I guess has been renamed to These Immortal Truths) was so slow but beautiful whereas this book while also on the slower side was much most constant action.  The story picks up right where book one ended and is basically Anna and Khiran nonstop fighting for their lives/love. We get to learn more about the other immortals and see their powers in action while they’re hunted down by The First. Honestly, it’s a cool concept and unique plot.

The writing remained poetic and beautiful and the story resolved really well. Overall this was a great duology.
