Having the husband and the wife’s perspectives throughout the story made it so so so addictive. The characters are so well written that they feel like real people and it’s impossible not to be drawn into their tangled lives and secrets.

A doctor thinks he's hiding all his secrets, but his wife has it all figured out and she's not going to let him get away with lying to her. The Doctor's Wife was a quick read that kept me engaged from start to finish with constant action moving the story along. Unfortunately, I personally found the twists to be pretty predictable which detracted from my enjoyment. I liked the way the book was written and laid out and I think I'll give author Daniel Hurst another try! I've read good things about his other works on Goodreads!
