I am a huge Daniel Hurst fan and have loved all his books but I truly think this is his best one yet! I literally could not put it down. Full of twists and turns, lies and deceit. I loved all of the characters, even the ones you were meant to hate. I loved the ending. I loved everything about it, There could totally be a sequel written for The Doctor's Wife, here's to hoping we get one!!!!

not my typical genre or kind of book, but i got it recommended to me and was pleasantly surprised. the high tempo and many plot twists made me finish it in a day

I did have hope for this one. It sounded interesting and I was excited to start. However, it just fell flat to me. The characters were not believable to me. And it could be that I simply do not relate to their thought processes, which is fine, and God I hope not. But it still felt off to me. Everything seemed too easy and was resolved so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this.

This was a really good thriller that i didn’t want to put down! It was super interesting and had lots of twists a couple of the twists i did guess but it didn’t ruin it and it was still a really enjoyable read. I definitely want to read the rest of this series!
